Andrea Donaldson and Jessica Kim to Join the Panel of Judges at 2025 UBC Undergraduate Moot Court Competition

Tuesday, January 14, 2025

On January 25, 2025, Pacific Medical Law lawyers, Andrea Donaldson and Jessica Kim will sit as panel judges at the 2025 UBC Moot Court (UBCMC) competition at the University of British Columbia. UBCMC is an undergraduate moot court conference organized annually by the UBC Political Science Students’ Association, and this year, participants will tackle a medical malpractice case. As BC’s only undergraduate moot court competition, UBCMC allows undergraduate students interested in the study of law to showcase their oral advocacy skills and understanding of essential legal concepts. The competition is open to all BC undergraduate students, regardless of school and field of study.

Pacific Medical Law is one of the very few law firms in Canada that practice exclusively in the field of plaintiff medical malpractice, and we are excited to support the competition this year. We wish the participants good luck!
