Pacific Medical Law is excited to announce that our lawyers, Lindsay McGivern and Jessica Kim are serving on the Executive of the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch Health Law Section for the 2025-2026 term. This will be a further term for Ms. McGivern, and Ms. Kim’s first term as a Health Law Section Executive Member, promoting education, discussing emerging issues in health law that affect patient safety, and building collegiality amongst lawyers in this challenging and endlessly fascinating area of law.
