$3.8 million for delayed diagnosis of a spinal cord injury

Pacific Medical Law obtained a $3.8 million settlement for an adult who was rendered quadriplegic as a result of a delayed diagnosis of a spinal cord injury. As a result of his injuries he is wheelchair bound and reliant on others for all of his care.
