Pacific Medical Law is incredibly excited to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the Birth Injury Lawyers Alliance (BILA) of Canada. We are honoured to be a member of BILA since its inception ten years ago and are always grateful for the opportunity to help children and families whose lives have been impacted as a result of preventable birth injuries. As a member of BILA, Pacific Medical Law collaborates with leading lawyers and law firms across Canada to navigate complex cases and engage in continuing medical-legal education.
This year’s BILA Conference featured an exciting lineup of presentations covering relevant topics – brain MRI imaging, therapeutic hypothermia, electronic fetal monitoring, future care, cord gases and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Congratulations again to BILA!
